Aam Aadmi Party to approach Punjab-Haryana High Court on Chandigarh Mayor elections, raised this demand

Aam Aadmi Party has decided to approach Punjab and Haryana High Court in the matter of alleged rigging in Chandigarh Mayor elections.

Aam Aadmi Party is raising the demand to hold these elections once again.

The party demands that this election should be conducted under the supervision of a retired judge.

BJP has won this election, getting a total of 16 votes.

At the same time, the joint candidate of Aam Aadmi Party and Congress could get only 12 votes. 8 votes have been declared invalid in this election.

Aam Aadmi Party has accused the presiding officer of treason in this case.

AAP MP Raghav Chadha said, "The presiding officer has committed treason, he should be arrested. There should be a trial. We will complain, demand action, rather we will demand his arrest."

Along with this, party supremo Arvind Kejriwal has termed this incident as worrying and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has termed it as loot of democracy.
