Madhya Pradesh: 27-year-old van driver dies of heart attack in Bhopal

Bhopal: In Bhopal, a tragic incident unfolded on Friday as a 27-year-old van driver, Sunil Sahu, suffered a heart attack while transporting children to school. Despite the distressing situation, Sahu told his friend to ensure the safe transportation of the children and took a moment to resat and drink water. He kept driving the van alone.

Unfortunately, a few minutes later, near Retghat, Sahu's life came to an untimely end. His lifeless body was discovered inside the van, with no one else inside. According to Jitesh Talreja, a friend and fellow van driver, Sahu had been on his way to Billabong School when he started feeling unwell around Laxmi Talkies. After a brief stop to drink water, he insisted that Talreja take over the task of dropping the children off at school.

Driving solo towards Retghat, Sahu parked the van and rested his head on the steering wheel. It was there that he succumbed to the heart attack. Passers-by noticed the distressing scene and promptly informed the police. Sahu was then taken to Hamidia Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The Talaiyya police station house officer, CB Rathore, revealed that Sahu, a resident of Tila Jamalpura, is survived by his wife Rekha and their 6-year-old daughter, Pari. The body was subsequently sent for post-mortem examination.
