Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in MP: Rahul Gandhi Highlights Youth's Engagement with China-Made Mobiles, Offers Prayers at Mahakal Ujjain

Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra made stops in Shajapur and Ujjain, where he addressed the issue of unemployment. During a meeting at the Tanki intersection in Shajapur, Rahul expressed concern about the youth's preoccupation with Chinese-made mobiles, emphasizing that Indian billionaires were selling Chinese goods. He asserted that China's youth benefited while Indian youth were engrossed in watching reels on these mobiles.

Rahul further claimed that Prime Minister Modi encourages people to be glued to their mobiles, chant slogans, but ultimately face hunger. As BJP workers raised Modi-Modi slogans while Rahul's convoy was passing, he engaged with them. A worker offered him potatoes, requesting gold in return, to which Rahul promised to bring gold next time.

Later, Rahul visited the Mahakal temple in Ujjain, where special adornment restrictions were in place due to Shiv Navratri. Unable to enter the sanctum sanctorum, Rahul observed the rituals from the threshold. Subsequently, he offered prayers and meditated in Nandi Hall, receiving a warm welcome from priests. Party leaders Kamal Nath and Jitu Patwari were present on the occasion.

After a brief temple stay, Rahul embarked on a road show in Ujjain, where some people at Ganesh Mandapam chanted Modi's name. In response, Congress supporters countered with slogans in support of Rahul.
