The highly anticipated magnum opus, "Kannappa," has welcomed another powerhouse to its stellar cast. Prabhas has officially joined the production, adding his immense talent to an ensemble of Akshay Kumar, Mohan Babu, Mohanlal, and Brahmanandam.
Vishnu Manchu, the driving force behind this passion project, has dedicated seven years to meticulously shaping the narrative, infusing it with depth and grandeur. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, "Kannappa" pays homage to the unwavering devotion of Bhakta Kannappa, a devout follower of Lord Shiva.

Kannappa has some fine crew attached to it - from the renowned Hollywood cinematographer Sheldon Chau, action director Kecha Khamphakdee, to dance maestro Prabhu Deva. The film promises to be a visual spectacle combined with a poignant narrative. The film was announced at Srikalahasteeswara temple last year and is now done with most of its principal photography.
