Sidhi Crime News: A sensational incident has come to light in Madhya Pradesh. A shocking case of rape of 7 tribal girl students on the pretext of scholarship has come to light in Majhauli police station area of Sidhi. Three accused have been arrested in this case.
The accused used to change their voice through voice changing app so that it appeared to be a female voice. The girls were tricked into believing that their female teacher had made a phone call to them.
The accused used to change their voices and talk to the girl students, call them with documents on the pretext of scholarship and then rape them. Former CM Kamal Nath has attacked the BJP government regarding this matter. He has targeted the Mohan government regarding the safety of the tribals.
SIT formed, houses bulldozed
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given instructed to expedite the investigation in Sidhi incident by constituting a SIT. CM Dr. Yadav has said that strictest action will be taken against the accused. The district administration has also taken action by bulldozing the houses of the accused.
The state government has constituted a 9-member SIT under the leadership of a woman DSP. The SIT will conduct a thorough investigation into the entire matter, collect concrete evidence and submit its report within seven days. This will ensure that the culprits are given the harshest punishment.
Girl students were trapped by changing voice
Police have arrested the main accused Brijesh Prajapati, accomplices Rahul Prajapati and Sandeep Prajapati in this case. According to the information, the accused used to change the voice through magic voice apps. They used to rape girl students studying in government colleges by luring them in the name of scholarship. According to the police, the accused have so far made 7 girl students their victims, this number may increase further. After committing the crime, the accused used to break their mobile.
This is how the police reached the accused
Earlier, the girl students were avoiding complaining due to fear of defamation. However, four students gathered courage to complain to the police. A victim student told the police in her complaint that the accused who raped her had burn marks on both his hands. This made it easier for the police to reach the main accused Brajesh Prajapati. Three youths, including the main accused in the case, have confessed to raping seven girl students. Brajesh was doing this disgusting act for 2 years.
The main accused married twice
According to the information, accused Brajesh supports his family by working as a labourer. 30 year old Brajesh has married twice. He had left his first wife. He has a daughter from his second wife. Over the years, Brajesh has worked in rolling mills in Kalyan and Nashik in Maharashtra. After this he reached Jabalpur and there he got work in a rolling mill. Both his hands were burnt in an accident two years ago. After this he left the rolling mill work.
Obtained names of students from college's WhatsApp group
The main accused and his friends obtained the names of girl students from the WhatsApp group of Government College, Sidhi. Then, through the magic app, they used to pose as a female teacher and talk to the girl students in a woman's voice.
They used to call girls with documents at some isolated place. To ensure that no one gets a clue of this, they used to send a young man on a bike to take them to a certain place and after bringing girls from there, the accused used to sexually abuse them.
Learned to change voice from YouTube
The main accused Brijesh Prajapati learned to change his voice with the help of voice changing apps from YouTube. By activating it in the mobile, they tricked the girl students and hatched a conspiracy and committed rape. Brijesh Prajapati is a resident of Amarwah village under Jamoli police station area of Sidhi district. He lived in his in-laws house.
Kamal Nath attacked Mohan government
Congress has attacked Mohan government regarding this matter. Kamal Nath has demanded financial assistance to the victimized girl students, a high-level investigation into the matter and strict action against the culprits. He has also demanded the formation of a special task force for the safety of tribal girls.
