Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav at Mansarovar Global University convocation; 12 personalities awarded honorary degrees

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized the significance of honoring individuals from various fields on a single platform as a noble national endeavor. Mansarovar Global University has exemplified this by conferring honorary degrees upon 12 distinguished personalities, including Kabir Bhajan singer Kaluram Bamnia, acclaimed actor Raghuvir Yadav, and Padma awardee Acharya Pundarik Goswami. 

Dr. Yadav extended his congratulations to these accomplished individuals and commended the university students on their achievements. CM Dr. Yadav was joined by Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar and MLA Rameshwar Sharma at the convocation function.

Personalities with special abilities deserve respect: CM

Dr. Yadav said that personalities possessing special abilities always deserve respect. Citing the example of PM Narendra Modi taking the services of Ajit Kumar Doval as India’s Security Advisor, Dr. Yadav said that promoting merit ensures the welfare of the nation. CM Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Modi removed the obstacles created by China for the devotees to go on Mansarovar Yatra and found a solution in the form of another route. Today India is included among the powerful nations of the world.

Education is a transformative journey: CM

CM Dr. Yadav said that education goes beyond obtaining a traditional degree; it is a transformative journey that equips us with skills and awareness to navigate life more effectively. There are such examples on this earth when people did not even hesitate to make fun of a great scholar and a great sage like Ashtavakra, but talent cannot be suppressed. Mansarovar University’s award of honorary degrees to special talents in the fields of music, literature, education, spirituality, acting, and other fields is an act of inspiration to millions of people.

At the outset, Vice Chancellor Manjula Tiwari, on behalf of Global University, welcomed CM Dr. Yadav. Gaurav Tiwari gave the welcome speech. On the stage, officials of Arogya Bharati, Dr. Ashok Varshney, and A.S. Yadav, Chairman of Private University Regulatory Commission Bharat Sharan Singh were also present. CM Dr. Yadav and the guests inaugurated the convocation ceremony by lighting the lamp and worshipping Goddess Saraswati.
