Mrs. Premlata Rahangdale, a training officer at the Government Divisional Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Govindpura in Bhopal, is among those teachers who not only impart education but also dedicate themselves for giving new direction to the lives of their students.

'My goal was to dispel the darkness in these children's lives'
Mrs. Rahangdale began her teaching journey 11 years ago, with a single dream in mind – to bring out the hidden potential of the students and prepare them to stand strong in the face of life's challenges. She says, "When I started this journey, my goal was to dispel the darkness in these children's lives with the light of education. I believe that these children too, if given the right guidance and inspiration, can achieve greatness."

According to her, "My aim is to elevate my students to a level where they can contribute to society through confidence, literacy, and personality development."
