She explained that this house had been her sanctuary, where she had built memories and created a space for herself and her son. However, due to the circumstances following her marriage and subsequent separation, she was forced to sell it. "I had a house where I was living for 9 years and made small things. There is no house right now," Daljeet said, emphasizing the emotional toll it took on her.
Despite losing her home, Daljeet has maintained a positive outlook. She sees this as an opportunity to reinvent herself, embracing the freedom of living with only a suitcase. She expressed her desire to turn this challenging phase into something meaningful by traveling the world. "This time because life is starting with a suitcase, so I said why not pick up the suitcase or travel around the world," she said.
Taking Her Time, Not Rushing Into Decisions
While many might be tempted to quickly find a new home and settle down, Daljit is taking a different approach. Her family has been supportive, offering her help in this difficult time. Daljeet, however, is in no rush. "It is very easy to get a house in Mumbai. But now I don't want to rush. Maybe my life has given me a chance again," she explained.

She added that her focus now is on healing—both for herself and her son, Jaydon. The pain from her broken marriage and the upheaval in her life has been significant, but she remains determined not to let it define her future. "I have to heal myself. I have to heal my child," Daljeet said, reaffirming her commitment to moving forward at her own pace.
