Milkipur by election 2025: Mulayam Yadav Clan Joins Campaigning Efforts with Dimple Yadav and Priya Saroj's Road Show On This Day

The reputation of the Yadav family is at stake in the by-election being held on the Milkipur assembly seat of Ayodhya. In such a situation, the entire Yadav clan, from Dharmendra Yadav to Dimple Yadav and SP chief former CM Akhilesh Yadav, has come out in the field to campaign for the Milkipur by-election. Why does the entire clan have to campaign for the by-election being held on one assembly seat?

The campaigning for the by-election for the Milkipur assembly seat located in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh has now reached its peak. Ajit Prasad, son of Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad, has been made the Samajwadi Party's candidate from this seat.

Ajit Prasad is facing a challenge from the ruling BJP candidate Chandrabhan Paswan. In such a situation, the Samajwadi Party has put all its strength in the by-election of the Milkipur seat. The entire Mulayam Singh clan has come out in the field to campaign in favor of Ajit.

Dimple and Priya Saroj road show on Jan 30

In the Milkipur by-election, another rally of Samajwadi Party MP Dharmendra Yadav was held. Now on Thursday, January 30, party MPs Dimple Yadav and Priya Saroj are going to do a road show. On the last day of election campaign on February 3, party chief Akhilesh Yadav will also hold a road show. Along with this, Akhilesh will hold a public meeting and seek votes for Ajit. In such a situation, the big question is why the entire Mulayam clan has to enter the battle of campaigning in the by-election of one seat?

SP's victory in Ayodhya is not a fluke, this has to be proved

Actually, SP's victory in Ayodhya is not a fluke, this has to be proved. In the Lok Sabha elections held last year in 2024, SP's Awadhesh Prasad won the Ayodhya Faizabad Lok Sabha seat. The opposition has been continuously cornering the BJP on the basis of this victory of Awadhesh Prasad.

But BJP has been calling the party's victory from Ayodhya a fluke. If victory is registered in Milkipur, it will prove that SP's victory in Lok Sabha was not a fluke.

Effort to save seat

The result of Milkipur by-election is not going to have any effect on the health of the government. However, BJP is still putting full force in the election. SP is trying to retain the seat which it had won during the UP assembly elections in 2022 by winning it in the by-election as well. In the Milkipur by-election, a battle for psychological advantage is being created between both the SP and BJP. SP is trying to break the streak of defeat in the by-elections to be held after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Yogi's rallies in Milkipur

Amidst the by-election on the Milkipur seat, the ministers of the Yogi government of the state as well as all the big leaders of the party state organization are active in the campaign field from the BJP side. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself has also held a public meeting here after the announcement of the Milkipur by-election program. After this, preparations for the second rally are in the final stages. The Chief Minister held a rally at Palia Maidan in Harringtonganj on January 23. Now he is going to hold another rally on January 31.
