US President Donald Trump has claimed that India has agreed to cut tariffs on American goods.
Donald Trump said, "India levies very high tariff. You cannot sell anything in India. By the way, they have agreed. They now want to cut their tariffs. Because someone (America) is exposing their deeds."
Donald Trump has mentioned India many times while talking about tariffs. He recently said that reciprocal tariffs will be imposed on countries imposing tariffs on American goods from April 2.
He said, "The biggest thing will happen on April 2 when reciprocal tariffs will be imposed, whether it is India or China or any other country. India is a country that imposes very high tariffs.''
Trump said - Dealing with Ukraine is more difficult than with Russia
Donald Trump has said that dealing with Ukraine is 'more difficult' than with Russia regarding a peace agreement.
Trump said this on Friday at a time when earlier he had said that he was seriously considering imposing new sanctions and tariffs on Russia.
Trump wrote on Truth Social, "Russia is attacking Ukraine fiercely in the war zone. Based on this fact, I am seriously considering imposing banking sanctions, sanctions and tariffs on Russia on a large scale, until a ceasefire and a final peace agreement is reached."
On Friday last week, the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office of the White House turned into a heated debate.
