In fact, recently she has started a 'PZchat' session on the social media platform X, where she keeps answering the questions of the fans frankly. Meanwhile, a fan asked Preity if she is going to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the future, as such speculations are being made from her recent tweets. To this, Preity replied, "This is the problem with social media, nowadays everyone starts judging very quickly."
Talking about this further, she said, "Visiting temples, participating in Maha Kumbh and being proud of your culture and identity does not mean that you are joining politics or any party."
Preity also expressed her love for India and wrote, "Living away from India has made me realize the true importance of my country. Now I appreciate everything about India and Indianness more."
Today Kohli is an icon and a very loving father: Preity
During 'PZchat', a fan asked about her viral photo with Virat Kohli. To this, Preity replied with a smile, "We were showing each other pictures of our children and talking about them." She recalled, "When I first met Virat 18 years ago, he was an enthusiastic teenager. Even today he has the same enthusiasm and today he is an icon and a very loving father."
Another fan asked about her favorite team in IPL. To this, Preity jokingly said, "Asking this is like asking a woman whether she likes her husband or someone else's husband. Of course, my favorite team is Punjab Kings and will always be."
On being asked about her favorite films, Preity named 'Kya Kehna' and 'Veer-Zaara'. She said, “Kya Kehna" was my first signed film and I got the opportunity to work with the great director Yash Chopra in Veer-Zaara, which is very special for me.”
