Raj Thackeray also addressed everyone and said that I had said in one of my interviews that my Maharashtra is bigger than any politics and fight. Today after 20 years, I and Uddhav have come together. What Balasaheb could not do, Devendra Fadnavis did it. The work of bringing both of us together.
Uddhav Thackeray said that the opponents are saying that both the brothers have come together not for Marathi but for the municipal elections. Uddhav said that I want to tell them that elections will come and go, we have come together to stay together. This is a conference of Marathi people. This is a fight for Marathi identity.
Meeting held in Mumbai
The Maharashtra government has canceled two government resolutions (GR) to introduce Hindi as the third language. Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and MNS chief Raj Thackeray held a joint rally at Worli Dome in Mumbai. The Thackeray brothers garlanded the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at Worli Dome in Mumbai.
