Bihar Assembly Election-2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday promised that if the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) comes to power in the assembly elections, Bihar will become a "technology hub" and the state's youth will not have to migrate to other parts of the country in search of jobs and livelihoods.
Addressing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Bihar virtually from New Delhi, PM Modi said that if the NDA comes to power after the Bihar assembly elections-2025, the government will take every possible step to make Bihar a technology hub. He said that in such a situation, Bihar's youth will not have to migrate to other states in the country in search of jobs and livelihoods.
There were no jobs for the youth during the RJD rule
"There will be ample employment opportunities for the youth of Bihar and they will excel in their professional careers within the state itself," the Prime Minister said. He alleged that there were no jobs for the youth during the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) rule because of the "jungle raj" in the state during that 15-year period. PM Modi said that the people of Bihar will not forget the anarchy of the "jungle raj" even in the next hundred years.
PM Modi said that many welfare schemes have been launched for the people and development projects are underway in almost all the districts of Bihar. He said that the people are benefiting from the schemes initiated by the government.
PM Modi targets Grand Alliance for making big promises
PM Modi targeted the Grand Alliance for making big promises to the people of Bihar during the assembly elections, saying that all these promises were hollow and an attempt was being made to fool the public. He said that the constituents of the Grand Alliance are fighting against each other and have become a "lathbandhan" (a form of force) instead of an "alliance."
PM Modi called on BJP workers to make the people of Bihar aware of the various schemes launched by the government for women, farmers, and the poor. He said that they should show people video footage related to the benefits of the schemes launched by the government and that "on the day of voting, workers should ensure that every voter reaches their booth on time and exercises their right to vote."
Next twenty days are crucial
The Prime Minister said that the next twenty days are crucial in view of the elections and workers should work hard so that the NDA can form the government again. He said that a "Run for Unity" will be organized on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on October 31st. He urged people to participate in this event in large numbers.
