Bihar Cabinet Formula: The process of forming a new NDA government in Bihar is now reaching consensus. The first round of talks between the BJP and JDU regarding government formation has concluded. Sources say that the formula for cabinet formation has been finalized, and discussions have moved to the next stage. 

According to sources, a formula of one ministerial post for six MLAs may be implemented, and there appears to be consensus between the two parties. To finalize this framework, the JDU has concluded discussions with top BJP leaders in Delhi.

JDU National Executive President Sanjay Kumar Jha will return to Patna after discussion. Following discussions in Delhi, he will directly meet Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and present a roadmap for key issues related to government formation. Upon arrival in Patna, he will also advance preparations for the JDU Legislature Party meeting and the NDA Legislature Party meeting.

According to JDU sources, the JDU Legislature Party meeting may be called tomorrow on 17 November. It is believed that the NDA will complete the process of selecting its leader by November 18th. A formal announcement of government formation could be made at any time.

BJP now holding discussions with its remaining allies

The BJP is now holding discussions with its remaining allies regarding government formation. In this regard, HAM patriarch and Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi will arrive in Delhi from Gaya. Manjhi is scheduled to meet Home Minister Amit Shah and senior BJP leaders.

Upendra Kushwaha has also left for Delhi from Patna and will also meet Amit Shah. Meanwhile, Chirag Paswan is also traveling from Patna to Delhi today. Important meetings regarding government formation will be held in Delhi with leaders of the RLJP, HAM, and RLM

Sources say that the structure of the new NDA government in Bihar will become clear within the next 48–72 hours, and the list of ministerial positions will also begin to be finalized.

Upendra Kushwaha to lead government formation negotiations

Before Upendra Kushwaha left for Delhi on Sunday, the RLM called a meeting of its legislative party. All four newly elected RLM MLAs—Snehlata Kushwaha, Madhav Anand, Rameshwar Mahato, and Alok Kumar Singh—were present. The meeting was chaired by state president Madan. The RLM legislative party authorized national president Upendra Kushwaha to lead government formation negotiations and make all other decisions.
