What are Congress leaders saying about Bihar election exit polls?

Almost all exit polls released after voting concluded in the Bihar Assembly elections have predicted a victory for the NDA alliance. Congress leaders have rejected this prediction.

Congress leader Tariq Anwar said, "Exit polls only provide estimates. It would be inappropriate to accept the current exit polls as accurate. There are many complexities involved."

He said, "I hope that if the Grand Alliance is successful in conveying the issues it carried to the election to the public, people will definitely support the Grand Alliance."

Congress leader Supriya Shrinate told  media, "I personally believe that we don't comment on exit polls. We will discuss the final results when they come in. But Bihar will teach a lesson for the way people's right to vote has been tampered with."

Meanwhile, leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) celebrated with evident jubilation on Tuesday, while those from the Mahagathbandhan struck a dismissive tone, after exit polls following the second and final phase of polling in Bihar predicted a sweeping victory for the ruling coalition.
