MP: What CM Mohan Yadav Said About Bringing Back Goddess Vagdevi’s Idol Following Bhojshala Verdict
Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav has expressed happiness over the court verdict in the decades-old case related to Bhojshala in Dhar district. CM said that the court has acknowledged that the site originally belonged to Bhojshala, where Raja Bhoj had established its significance through Maa Vagdevi.
Welcoming the court’s decision, CM Mohan Yadav said that efforts would also be made, through legal means, to bring back the idol of Goddess Vagdevi from abroad in order to restore the glory of the site. He made these remarks during an interaction with media representatives.
Congratulating the people of the state on the verdict, CM appealed to them to respectfully accept the court’s decision. He said that after the court verdict related to the Ayodhya temple, the country had set an exemplary model of social harmony.
Dr Yadav said Madhya Pradesh can emerge as another such example if people accept the resolution and the court’s decision in a spirit of mutual brotherhood and make it a lasting solution.
Dr. Yadav expressed confidence that continued efforts would be made in the future to further enhance the glory and grandeur of the site.
