It is because of this content that it makes it different from other term which we use it is also medical supplement and is given for anti inflammatory for various disease.

But the main precaution which we have to take while taking this turmeric is that it is warm by nature and therefore it does not suit everyone.  Anyone having pitta dosh as per Ayurveda it should be taken in a very less quantity as it may not suit the person.
