Army chief general in an interview tu media has said that Army has been considering in joining civilians for limited period of time to serve Indian Army.
These civilians will not be serving Indian Army full time but they will be serving Indian Army for 2-3 years.
And when these civilians will go in the mainstream after finishing their duties from Indian Army then they will be e a refined person with ethics and moral values when they serve for the country.
Indian Army will also be benefited with this idea as they will get young man power in the army to deal with situations.
And general civilians dream of being an army officer can also be fulfilled by this idea.
