Earthquake Of Mild Intensity Hits Manipur. No Loss Of Life And Property Reported

Early reports are coming in from Manipur where an earthquake of a mild magnitude had head senapati Manipur in early hours of the morning.

As per reports coming in from National Center for Seismology the earthquake was of mild capacity and hit richter scale at 2.8 magnitude.  The epicenter of the earthquake was at Senapati, Manipur.  The earthquake is reported to have occurred at 0654 hours today.  

However till now no reports of loss of life and property has been reported in the area.  The administration has been looking in the matter and ud the district administration is been consulted of any loss of life and property.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
