According to reports coming in Russian President Vladimir Putin to arrive in India today to hold the 21st annual India-Russia summit with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to sources coming in from the Union Government, India and Russia to hold the first 2+2 ministerial dialogue to be held at the level of the foreign and defence ministers.
According to the reports India and Russia in its first 2+2 format dialogue today will discuss key bilateral, regional and international issues.
