The Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on the topics he should cover in the 91st episode of 'Mann Ki Baat'.

"Send us your suggestions on the topics or issues you want the Prime Minister to talk about in the upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat. Share your views in this Open Forum or you can also dial the toll-free number 1800-11-7800 and record your message for premiere either in Hindi or English. Some of the recorded messages may become part of the broadcast," added MyGov.

In the 90th edition of his monthly magazine 'Mann ki Baat', the Prime Minister recalled a dark chapter in Indian history - the Emergency that was imposed in 1975 and said it was our democratic mindset that ultimately won.

He also applauded all those who opposed that period and said that even after the Emergency, people did not lose faith in democracy.

The Prime Minister further stated that during the state of emergency, citizens were deprived of all rights, including the right to life and personal freedom, which is given by Article 21 of the Constitution.

PM Modi further said that the courts of the country, every constitutional institution, the press everything was under control and censorship was so strict that nothing could be published without consent.
