New Delhi: Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia's son Mahaaryaman is starting the new inning. This is an inning on a cricket pitch. Mahaaryaman has become the President of Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association. Now Junior Scindia will start his new innings from the cricket pitch.
Why became the president of MPCA
It was not easy for Junior Scindia to play on the political pitch. The assembly ticket was not easy for Scindia since Jyotiraditya could have face allegations of nepotism.
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has joined BJP in March 2020. After this, he reached the Rajya Sabha on a BJP ticket. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is against nepotism in BJP, that is why the assembly ticket was not easy for Junior Scindia.
Therefore Jyotiraditya chose the cricket pitch for his son. Jyotiraditya believes that after playing a long innings on the cricket pitch, the political pitch may be ready for Junior Scindia.
Mahaaryaman will not be able to play on political pitch
It is not easy for Maharaj Scindia to launch Junior Scindia in politics. Jyotiraditya Scindia knew this very well. Anyway, Junior Scindia has been making headlines for his presence among the public at one time or the other, whether it is a matter of making jalebis during the election season or attending a wedding ceremony in Gwalior Chambal area. Scindia believes that by becoming the president of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association, junior Scindia's stature will increase as well as his scope of experience.
Mahaaryaman is a graduate from London
Mahaaryaman Scindia was born in 1995. He did his schooling from Doon School and his graduation from London. He has graduated from Yale University. Mahaaryaman has also been the vice-president of the Gwalior Cricket Association.
Father and grandfather were also president in MPCA
Mahaaryaman's grandfather Madhavrao Scindia and his father Jyotiraditya Scindia have also been presidents of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association. It can be said that the political journey of both Madhavrao Scindia and Jyotiraditya Scindia started from here in the Scindia family.
