Now You Will Not Have To Go To China For Darshan Of Mount Kailash, Uttarakhand Villagers Discover New View Point, Govt Got Survey Done

In Hinduism, Mount Kailash is considered the abode of Lord Shiva. This mountain is one of the most sacred places of Hinduism, due to which its journey is very important. Every year thousands of people travel to Kailash Mansarovar to visit it. However, to complete this journey, the devotees have to pass through China.

Devotees have to face many difficulties while passing through China. But these problems are going to end in the coming days. Yes, now you will be able to have a darshan of Mount Kailash from India itself. For this now you will not even need to go to China. But why are we saying this, let us tell you.

New view point found in Uttarakhand

Kailash Parvat is clearly visible from the Lipulekh hills of Pithorgarh district of Uttarakhand, which are 18 thousand feet high. The distance of the Kailash Parvat from here is only 50 kilometers. This new route has been discovered by the local villagers. After getting the information from the villagers, the administration team conducted a survey for the road map, arrangements for the stay of the people, the route to reach the point of darshan and other arrangements.

The team of officers and experts will now submit its report to the Ministry of Tourism, after which work will be started on this new view point. Officials say that devotees will easily be able to have darshan of Mount Kailash from here.

Travel was closed for three years

Indian travelers have to depend on China for the journey to Mount Kailash. Since Corona era, China has not given permission to visit Mount Kailash and Mansarovar, due to which this journey has been stopped for three years. In the first year of Corona in 2019, 31 thousand people reached Kailash Mansarovar.

Yatra is undertaken by three routes

Generally there are 3 routes for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. First- Lipulekh Pass (Uttarakhand), Second- Nathu Pass (Sikkim) and Third- Kathmandu. Devotees can go by any of the three routes, it is sure to take you at least 14 and maximum 21 days. Apart from this, the villagers of Uttarakhand have also found the way, for that also you will have to climb a steep hill of 2 kilometers, which is not going to be easy.

Earlier it was a part of India

Before the year 1962, Kailash and Mansarovar was under India, but in 1962 India lost this area, due to which now travelers have to take tourist visa from China to go here. Apart from this, it is also very difficult to reach here. During the journey, there are a number of checking of ITBP jawans and Chinese soldiers which are mind boggling
