Madhya Pradesh: What Is Fresh Row Pandit Dhirendra Shastri Is Embroiled In; Why Vanshkar Samaj Demanded Arrest Of Bageshwar Baba

Bhopal: Famous Katha Vachak (storyteller) Pandit Dhirendra Shastri, who is often in the news for his statements and vision of Hindu nation, is once again embroiled in controversy. Dhirendra Shastri is telling stories in Rajasthan these days. During a program organized in Sikar district, Dhirendra Shastri made certain remarks regarding the Vanshkar community due to which opposition has increased.

Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj urged to take action 

Especially in Madhya Pradesh, the Vanshkar Samaj has opened a front against Dhirendra Shastri. In Sehore, the home district of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, people of Vanshkar community have protested and demanded an FIR against storyteller Dhirendra Shastri. This is not the first time that Dhirendra Shastri, the head of Bageshwar Dham located in Chhatarpur district, has been embroiled in controversies regarding his statements. Even before this, he has been in the headlines many times for his statements.

Samaj’s people in Sehore submit memo

Pandit Dhirendra Shastri, popularly known as Bageshwar Baba, is narrating the story in Sikar, Rajasthan. He is holding a court there. In such a situation, representatives of Vanshkar community say that Dhirendra Shastri has made indecent remarks towards their community during the story. This comment has hurt the entire society. 

People of Vanshkar community in Sehore are demanding registration of a case against Dhirendra Shastri under SC ST Act. They have submitted a memorandum to the Collector in the name of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. There has been a demand to arrest Bageshwar Baba as soon as possible.

Call to boycott Pt Dhirendra Shastri

People of Vanshkar community have announced to boycott Pandit Dhirendra Shastri. There has also been a demand from the government to impose a ban on his programmes. If the representatives of the society are to be believed, immediate action should be taken against Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. The entire society is agitated because of his comments. 

The population of Vanshkar community in the entire Madhya Pradesh is around 35 lakhs. In such a situation, they have considerable influence in the state politically also. Whereas Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham has used caste based words against them hurting the sentiments of the people of the society.
