Recently, the internet witnessed the circulation of deepfake images featuring Bollywood actress Rashmika Mandanna, causing great uproar. Similarly, a deepfake photograph of Sara Tendulkar, daughter of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has also gained widespread attention on the internet.
The viral image depicted Sara Tendulkar with her hand around the neck of her rumored boyfriend, Indian cricketer Shubman Gill. This picture was initially shared by a user named Dhoni Popa, along with a caption suggesting that Sara had confirmed her relationship with Shubman Gill. The image quickly went viral, sparking various discussions and reactions.
However, it later emerged that the photograph was a fake. A user shared the authentic image of Sara, in which she was pictured with her brother Arjun Tendulkar. It's worth noting that Sara had originally posted this genuine photo on her brother Arjun Tendulkar's birthday.
Speculation about a romantic relationship between Shubman Gill and Sara Tendulkar has persisted for some time. Nevertheless, neither of them has issued an official statement on the matter, leading to the daily circulation of false information. Similar fake images of Rashmika Mandanna and Katrina Kaif have also surfaced in the past, underscoring the potential dangers associated with this technology.
