Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav has announced that the state government is prepared to organize a special train for devotees attending the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Yadav expressed the government's commitment to welcoming Lord Ram devotees from Madhya Pradesh and ensuring their comfort during the significant event.

Following the Chief Minister's declaration, officials have initiated preparations for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha program. Mohan Yadav, during the inaugural cabinet meeting, emphasized the importance of extending hospitality to devotees making the journey to Ayodhya. He mentioned that devotees would be welcomed with the traditional 'Tilak' along the way.

Recalling the challenges faced by kar sevaks during the Ram Mandir movement, Yadav underscored the need to provide necessary facilities to devotees to fulfill their dream of witnessing the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya. The Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony is scheduled for January 22, 2024.

Catering and other facilities would be available for devotees

A senior official assured that comprehensive arrangements, including catering and other essential facilities, would be available for devotees traveling to Ayodhya for the Pran Pratistha ceremony. These arrangements will cover areas bordering Uttar Pradesh to ensure a seamless journey for the pilgrims.

The official also indicated that, if required, special trains would be arranged akin to the Teerth Darshan Scheme to facilitate the devotees' transportation to Ayodhya. The Teerth Darshan Scheme currently provides senior citizens in the state with the benefit of free travel to pilgrimage sites across the country.
