Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that it is a matter of happiness that Union Home Minister Amit Shah is simultaneously inaugurating the Prime Minister College of Excellence in all 55 districts of the state on July 14.
The specialty of Excellence Colleges is that all courses will be available in Them as per the new education policy and these colleges will be equipped with all the resources. The young generation will get the benefit of these colleges. All the ministers must attend the inauguration programme of the colleges in their respective areas.
CM Dr. Yadav said this in his address before the meeting of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday. The meeting started with the recitation of Vande Mataram song in the Mantralaya.
The CM said that the College of Excellence would be known as PM Excellence College and would be opened in all 55 districts of MP.
The state government had decided to upgrade the identified colleges at all district headquarters as "Prime Minister Colleges of Excellence".
At present a total of 570 government colleges are operating. By increasing the facilities at all the faculties in such colleges, they will be upgraded as "PM College of Excellence".
Government Shri Krishnajirao Pawar Post Graduate College, Dewas has been upgraded as Prime Minister College of Excellence. The students here are thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM Dr. Mohan Yadav for upgrading this college.
