NITTTR Bhopal plays leading role in 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign

Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 'Ek Ped MaaKe Naam' campaign on World Environment Day and urged people to be a part of this campaign. In this context, NITTTR Bhopal is playing a leading role and organized a tree plantation program in the institute campus.

On this occasion, the director of the institute, Prof. C.C. Tripathi said that the place of a tree is like that of a mother in human life. Just as a child is safe in the lap of a mother, in the same way the earth and the environment are safe in the lap of a tree. Such campaigns make the environment happy and positive. In such a situation, by planting trees, we will not only save the environment but will also play our role in afforestation.

Tripathi said by planting trees in the name of mother, not only will our mother be respected but Mother Earth will also be protected. I appeal to everyone to join this campaign. For environmental protection, we all have to make collective efforts and every person has to plant a tree and take a pledge to protect it. In this campaign, all the employees of the institute made their significant contribution by planting trees at various places in the institute campus.
