Three-storey building collapsed in Delhi, 2 deaths

Two fishermen died due to the collapse of a three-storey building in Sawan Park, Ashok Vihar, Phase-III of Delhi, while there is a possibility of 20-25 people being buried under debris. 7 people have also been injured in the incident. Rescue operations are on the way. NDRF team has taken nine out of the safe safely. Seven people have been sent to the hospital for treatment. It is being told that this building was declared the first lot users. The entire building of this whole was restored with the help of a tree. But due to the rain the tree became weak, due to which the building fell.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
