Cases Of African Swine Fever Reported From Assam:- Precautions Taken By State

Latest reports have been coming in from Assam from where Atul Bora Animal Husbandry Minister reports cases of African Swine Fever.

According to the Minister there have been around 15,600 cases reported till now of African Swine Fever.

As per repors coming in there has been an increase in the number of aces of this fever in the state.  Daily new cases have been reported of this fever.

According to the ministers certain relaxations have been done in selling and consumption of pork in the state.

This will in turn bring a big relief for pork rearers of the state.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
