Opposition Boycott Of President Budget Speech Is Unfortunate: Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad

Today has been the starting of budget session of Parliament with the starting of the session with the speech of President Ram Nath Kovid but today when the President started his speech the entire opposition boycotted the speech of the President.

One of the BJP leader RS Prasad on the boycott of the opposition during the inaugural speech of the President has said that the President is above all political differences. He's Constitutional Head. 

Respecting him in his Address is healthy practice of democracy. Unfortunate that Oppn, especially Congress who governed this country for 50 yrs, boycotted it. What tradition are they establishing? This is shameful on the part of opposition to I sult the President as per RS Prasad, BJP.

According to Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today's Budget Session commenced with President's address, but it is really unfortunate that the entire Opposition boycotted it.
