For the last several elections in the state, it is a tradition of alternating power between the Congress and the BJP every five years. This time Congress is in power. In such a situation, it has put all his strength to break this tradition.

War between Gehlot and Pilot is not over

Although the ongoing political war between CM Ashok Gehlot and former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot is not hidden from anyone. In such a situation, the election buzz has started to intensify in the Congress camp. Where CM Ashok Gehlot himself is seen playing on the front foot while handling the front. At the same time, former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot, who went on a fast against his own government in the past, still remains silent.

Congress is afraid of taking action on Pilot

There was peace in the Congress for several days before Sachin Pilot's fast, but Pilot disturbed this peace by fasting. Accusing Gehlot of collusion with former CM Vasundhara Raje, he raised the issue of not taking action in corruption cases during raje’s previous tenure. Congress leaders also showed a tough stand during Pilot's fast. 

But now the situation is such that if any action is taken against Pilot, Congress may have to suffer in the elections. In such a situation, even the leaders of the Congress, who talked about taking action, went to the meeting maintaining silence. This is the reason why no action has been seen so far.

Pilot missed chance to become CM in 2018

Before the 2018 assembly elections, Sachin Pilot had visited Rajasthan. Even at that time, before the elections, politics was hot and it was believed Sachin Pilot would become the CM. However, the high command approved Gehlot's name at the last moment. Since then till now the political feud between Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot continues. 

Now the assembly elections are to be held at the end of the year. Sachin Pilot wants that the CM's face should be announced before the elections. This is the reason why he has been continuously seen vocal against his party's government.
