CM Sai said this while talking to media in Raipur. Earlier, he had a cordial meeting with Union Minister and former Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar at his residence. Khattar was welcomed by presenting an artwork of Chhattisgarh's state animal, the wild buffalo.
During this, State BJP President Kiran Singh Dev, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Cabinet Minister Kedar Kashyap and Raipur MP Brijmohan Agarwal were also present.
All preparations are in place for monsoon session: CM
About the assembly monsoon session he said that all preparations are in place. The monsoon session of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly has been announced. The first monsoon session of the Vishnu Deo government will start from July 22, which will run till July 31. In this monsoon session, the government can take decisions on many important amendment bills which include Conversion Law, Naxalism Rehabilitation Policy Amendment Bill etc
Along with this, the government can announce the implementation of many provisions of the budget in the monsoon session, which includes infrastructure development, recruitment in government departments etc. The proceedings and reports of the investigation committees formed on various scams during the tenure of the previous government will also be discussed in this session.
