Deepawali festival is coming. Deepawali has great importance in Hinduism. This festival, which lasts for five days, begins with Dhanteras. After which series of festival follows as Chaturdashi, Yama Deep, Diwali, Govardhan Puja and Bhai dhuj.
On the day of Dhanteras, Kubera, the god of wealth, is worshiped. It is believed that the more a person worships this day whole heatedly you get thirteen times the reward. And today is Dhanteras. The special thing is that this time Dhanteras is on Friday. Friday is considered to be the day of Lakshmi, the mother goddess of wealth. Heat the water with pure silver or copper enamel.
Meditate and worship Shree Ganesh.
Meditate on Lord Dhanvantari with an intact flower in hand.
