An upcoming actress living in Mumbai in Oshiwara area committed suicide by jumping from the terrace of her apartment late last night .   The actress was supposed to be disappointed by not getting work to enter Bollywood for a long period of time.  Her dream to become an aspiring actress was the major cause of disappointment for her, despite working as model couldn't satisfy her dream to become actress.  She was around 20-22 years old and her name was Pearl Punjabi. Nitish government of Bihar has taken a big decision. After liquor ban in the state, gutkha and paan spices have also been banned. Now the state government has banned Pan Masala for a year. Various types of paan spices sold in the state have been banned. For some time, the state government was receiving complaints that the amount of magnesium carbonate has been found in the pan masala being sold in Bihar. After which the Food Safety Department examined the samples of paan spices which was found to be correct. The amount of magnesium carbonate was found in pan masala, after which the state government has taken a big step. The final list of NRC has been released in Assam today. Before issuing the list, Section 144 was implemented in many districts of the state. 3.11 crore people have been included in the list of NRC. While 19 lakh people have been excluded from the list. According to media reports, the future of about 40 lakh people was to be decided under this final list. Although those whose names are not included in this list, they can appeal in the Foreign Tribunal. Tight security arrangements have been made in Assam. Section 144 has been imposed in many areas. The same Central Government assured the people of Assam that those who are not named in the list will not be taken into custody and will be given every possible opportunity to prove their citizenship. The government has also increased the time limit for filing appeals from 60 to 120 days.

At least 20 persons have died and leaving 22 seriously injured in major explosion at a chemical factory in Shirpur near Maharashtra's Dhule on Saturday.  Seventy more person are still  feared  trapped inside the factory.  Rescue operations are still going on. Indian Finance minister Smt.  Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday announced that there will be merger of most prominent banks of the country. There will be a merger of 10 state run banks into 4 banks.  the Union Minister further added that "the government was making the path clear for a $5 trillion economy" through the consolidation of public sector banks. The banks which will be merged are Punjab National Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank with business of  ₹ 7.95 trillion constitute India’s second-largest bank.  This has come just a week after announcing  measures to boost consumer and investment confidence. 2 Men from Bihar has been arrested on charges of kidnapping 2 sisters from Jammu and Kashmir whom they claimed to have married just few days back.  These 2 men Parvez and Tavrej Alam claimed that they are both brothers who are from Ramvishnupur village of Supaul worked as carpenters in Ramban when they fell in love with the sisters and later married them with their consent.  They brought their wives home in Bihar but their wives father didn't knew about it and had filed for an FIR with Kashmir Police. PM Modi Centre Government Cabinet today waved green signal to opening of 75 medical colleges in the country.  The amount costing to the scheme would be roughly near Rs 24,375 Crores.  It would lead to another 15,700 MBBS seats and would cover area where there are no such hospital and would start with 200 bedded hospital in the beginning. Minister of Environment Forest and Climate Change and Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar in his statement to the media said," the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs gave its approval for the establishment of 75 additional government medical colleges by 2021-2022 attached with the existing district/referral hospitals under Phase-3 of the ongoing centrally sponsored scheme."

Train exited station, derailed coaches There was a feeling of panic at Kanpur Central Station in Uttar Pradesh when a train broke out of the station boundary. 4 coaches of the train derailed. However, there is no news of anyone being killed in the accident. This accident happened at Kanpur station on Wednesday morning. According to the information received, the Kanpur-Lucknow MEMU train broke the boundary of Kanpur station along with four coaches derailed on platform number 3. Chandrayaan-2 reached the third orbit of the moon Indian Space Research Organization ISRO's Chandrayaan-2 has entered the third orbit of the moon today.
