Three Dreaded Terrorist Neutralized In Jammu And Kashmir

Latest reports have been coming in from Jammu and Kashmir where police and para military forces have neutralized three identified terrorist in an encounter late last night. According to reports coming in a terrorist identified as Suhail Ahmad Rather, affiliated with terror outfit JeM along with 2 other unidentified terrorists neutralized in an encounter with security forces in Srinagar late night.  According to reports coming in incriminating material including arms and ammunition have been recovered from their possession as per IGP Kashmir. According to the sources in the initial exchange of fire, 3 Police personnel and 1 CRPF personnel have got injured during encounter at Pantha Chowk area of Srinagar and were subsequently shifted to hospital according to Kashmir Zone Police. However it is reported that the police and security officers have cordoned off the area and all the efforts have been put in to trace more terrorist hiding in the area.

One Passenger From Uganda Arrested By Custom Department For Carrying 992 Gms Cocaine

According to recent reports coming in the custom department at the the Indira Gandhi International Airport has arrested one passenger travelling from Uganda under section 43(B) of the NDPS Act. According to reports coming in this person has swallowed 91 capsules of cocaine weighing approximately 992 gms. As per sources the estimated value of the drug is Rs. 14 crores. This is the 24th case of seizure of NDPS covered drugs at Delhi airport this year.  According to customs sources till now around 32 passengers have been arrested so far. The estimated value of drug seizures would go into more than Rs. 845 crores according to Customs Department.

Lowest Covid Cases In The Past 575 Days In The Country

Latest reports have been coming in from Ministry of Health and Family welfare which has reported the latest cases of covid-19 in the country in the past 24 hours. According to reports coming in India has reported a total number of 6,317 new cases in the past 24 hours. According to sources with these numbers around 318 deaths and 6,906 recoveries in the last 24 hours.  Active caseload currently stands at 78,190.  According to Ministry of Health and Family welfare this number in covid-19 is the lowest in 575 days.  The Ministry of Health and Family welfare has also reported the total tally of omicron cases in the country. According to Ministry Omicron case tally is at 213. Out of the total 213 Omicron cases, Delhi and Maharashtra have reported 57 and 54 cases, respectively.  Till now, 90 patients have been discharged after recovery according to the Union Health Ministry.

According to reports coming in yesterday a fire broke out at Gujarat Fluoro Chemicals Ltd located at Ranjitnagar, Panchmahals following an explosion here.  According to sources till now a total of 30 people got injured in the blast that took place inside Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) This factory is in Panchmahal district of Gujarat. According to sources 7 people have died. And a total number of 23 workers are under treatment.  According to district administration a investigation and probe is on to ascertain the reasons behind the blast according to H Rathod, Dy SP, Halol Division, Panchmhal while speaking to ANI.
