Four Boys On Trekking Went Missing, 2 Dead In Kangra

Latest reports have been coming in from Himachal Pradesh where four boys went missing in Kangra after they went for a trekking late Saturday night. According to sources 4 boys from Kangra which are aged 16,17 and 18 years of age were reported missing near Slate Godam since Saturday night.  However the local administration have started the search for the missing boys. The rescue teams have located the missing youth but are facing challenges due to continued snowfall in this region according to DC Kangra Nipun Jindal. According to reports coming in from ASP Kangra, Puneet Raghu who has shared that the 4 boys went for a trek and didn't return till late in the evening, they were found the next day.  He further added that 2 boys died and we are recording the statements of the 2 rescued boys who got injured due to a fall. They are currently stable and their treatment is underway.

Over 95% Of UP’s Population Given First Dose Against Covid-19: CM Yogi

Reports are coming that Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath says that more than 95 per cent eligible population in Uttar Pradesh has been inoculated with the first dose of vaccine against Covid-19, while around 62 per cent citizens have received both the shots. According to reporters in Gautam Buddh Nagar district on Wednesday, Adityanath said, “Today, I am happy to inform you that 23.75 crore doses have been provided to the people in Uttar Pradesh and the state fairs better than the national average at present.  The first dose has been administered to over 95 per cent of people and the second dose to 62 per cent of beneficiaries.” The chief minister said 62.83 lakh vaccine doses have been administered to children between the ages of 15 and 17 years.  "Separately, 5.29 lakh precaution doses (booster dose) have been made available to people, including senior citizens and frontline workers," Adityanath said. This was revealed in analysis undertaken by RS Secretariat at behest of Chairman Naidu. Attendance increased during 2019-20,despite covid. According to reports when such allowance wasn't available over 2016-17 when MPs were entitled to 25% of airfare as allowance for attending committee meets. This allowance was discontinued from April 1, 2018. During 2016-17, when the allowance was available for full year, the average attendance in 119 meetings of 8 DRSCs was 47.64%. India Reports 2,38,018 Number Of Covid-19 Cases In The Country In Past 24 Hours

According to Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh it has been decided to write a letter to the Centre seeking to reduce the gap for administering 'precautionary dose' from existing nine months to six months. This has been shared by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's  Office The CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has directed the officials to focus on scaling up vaccination in five districts. According to the sources this vaccination will be done in East Godavari, Guntur, YSR Kadapa, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam with the lowest second dose vaccination.   This has been shared by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Office.

Three Accused Involved In Raing Minor At Gunpoint Arrested In Jharkhand

Latest reports have been coming in from Jharkhand where police have arrested 3 people for allegedly raping a minor girl at gunpoint. According to reports coming in 3 accused who were involved in abduction and gang rape of a minor girl in Chanho area of rural Ranchi, arrested.  As per reports they allegedly abducted her in a car on Jan 16, took her to a secluded place and then raped her on knife point.  According to sources police have registered a case and have started investigation as to various leads and reasons behind the abduction and later the crime. As per sources SIT have constituted in the matter according to Ranchi Police.
