Reports have been coming in from the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Katra which has increased the number of pilgrims who can visit the shrine by November, 2020. As per reports the Jammu and Kashmir Government has made changes in thr limit of pilgrims, visiting Mata Vaishno Devi shrine and has increased the number of pilgrims from 7000 to 15000 per day, with effect from 1st November, 2020. Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine was opened by the administration for pilgrims in the Unlock 4.0 under severe vigilance.   The administration had made arrangements to check every pilgrim visiting the shrine of Covid test and maintaining all the protocols of the covid-19. Now everything had to be booked online starting with the registration of the devotees visiting the shrine.

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare have given latest data of positive cases of covid-19 in the country. As reported India has surged with 48,648 new COVID19 infections in the country in the past 24 hours. Now with the recent surge India's total cases stands to 80,88,851. With 563 new deaths in the past 24 hours, total deaths now mounts to 1,21,090 due to covid-19.   Right now the total active cases are 5,94,386 after a decrease of 9301 in last 24 hrs. Total cured cases till now since the onset of Covid-19 are 73,73,375 with 57,386 new discharges in last 24 hrs.

Saddening reports have been coming in from Andhra Pradesh where a major accident had occurred last night in which Six people have lost their lives. As per reports coming in six people have lost their lives after their van overturned in Thantikonda village of East Godavari district last night.  According to information injured have been shifted to a hospital. The administration have stated that the van which overturned was returning from a wedding, was carrying 15 people.

As per Ministry of Health and Family Welfare this decline in the cases of covid-19 in the country is because of the higher testing rate which the country has done to bring down the number of positive cases in the country. as reported by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare India has exponentially scaled up its testing capacity from one in January to more than 10.65 cr at present.  This very high testing has resulted in the continuously falling positivity rate. It is 7.54% at present.

As per reports coming in from Bengaluru, Karnataka City Police Commissioner has issued orders prohibiting sale, consumption, procurement and storage of liquor or any intoxicant in specific areas. According to the doctor he was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state following sudden cardiac arrest. He was declared dead at 11:55 am. He didn't die due to Corona.

Reports have been coming in from Peshawar where an explosion at a mosque and madrassa (religious seminary) in Pakistan’s northwestern city of Peshawar on Tuesday left at least eight people dead and more than 110 injured.   Many of the injured are said to be children and students of the Madarsa where the blast took place. The blast took place at around 8.30 am local time at the Jamaat mosque, which serves as a religious school named Jamia Zubairia Madrassa, for the local community in the city’s Dir Colony. According to Pehawar police students, including many adults, were studying the Quran when the explosion occurred.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at the 4th Annual India Energy Forum by CERA Week has said that India's growth this year will be negative or near zero.  According to the Finance Minister the country can now see the revival, particularly in the PMI, which shows a spurt in the number, the highest after 2012, which indicates revival is there which is going to be steady and sustainable. The strike was regarding over non-payment of salaries.
