Violence In Haryana's Nuh: Home Guard Jawan Shot Dead, Several Injured, Stones Pelted, Vehicles Set On Fire

  In Haryana's Nuh, there was a ruckus during the Brajmandal Yatra being taken out by Hindu organizations on Monday. After the clash between the two groups, more than three dozen vehicles were set on fire. Stones were also pelted at the police. A Home Guard jawan has died in the violence. It is suspected there was firing from the mob that led to jawan's death. Several people and policemen were injured in the violence. Mewat's DSP Sajjan Singh suffered a serious head injury. Maharashtra: RPF Jawan Shoots Dead ASI, 3 passengers Near Palghar On Board Jaipur-Mumbai Express

Mumbai: A Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable on Monday shot dead 4 persons on board Jaipur-Mumbai Express (12956) near Palghar railway station in Maharashtra. Police said the constable fired from his automatic weapon, killing an RPF Assistant Sub Inspector and three other passengers shortly after 5 am. Chetan Kumar Choudhary opened fire on his escort duty incharge ASI Tika Ram Meena in the running train. After killing his senior, the constable went to another bogie and shot dead three passengers, the official added. The incident took place Palghar railway station in Maharashtra. Bhopal: In the  National Tiger Census-2022  report released on Saturday, the number of tigers in Madhya Pradesh has increased to 785. In about the last eight years, there has been an increase of 477 tigers in the state.  There are a total of 6 national parks in Madhya Pradesh, some of them have reached their full capacity in terms of tigers. Experts believe that if tiger population continues to increase like this, then it will be a big challenge for the Forest Department. The state has been losing its forest cover at a rapid pace. There is hardly any more suitable forest cover left which can become habitat of the top predator. Bhopal: As compared to the pre Covid years from 2016 to 2020, Madhya Pradesh registered more than four times the number of child trafficking cases in the post pandemic years from 2021 to 2022. The report has been released jointly by Games24x7 and Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF), founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi. The top ten states that saw a steep rise in the number of trafficked children in this period include Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Delhi, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Orissa, Telangana, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu.     Islamabad: Dozens of people were killed after a bomb went off at a political rally in northwestern Pakistan on Sunday. Rescue officials confirmed at least 40 people were killed in the town of Khar in Bajaur district, a former stronghold of the Pakistani Taliban. "We fear the death toll will increase," Rescue Department spokesperson Bilal Faizi said. Another 200 people were taken to hospital with injuries.   The rally of Jamiat Ulema Islam Fazal (JUI-F), which is part of the ruling coalition, was going on at Khar tehsil of Bajaur. Singhal, who became an IPS after being promoted from the Gujarat State Police Service, has taken pre-mature retirement. Singhal had applied for retirement three months ago.  Teenage son died of suicide in 2012 After police service, he is likely to be active in social service in the coming days.   Indian Space Research Institute (ISRO) has launched 7 satellites simultaneously on Sunday. ISRO successfully launched its proven Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) rocket carrying seven Singaporean satellites from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota and placed them into intended orbits. Once the satellite is operational, it will be used by various agencies of the Government of Singapore to meet their satellite imaging needs. Around 23 minutes after lift-off, the primary satellite got separated and it was followed by six other co-passenger satellites, which were deployed into the intended orbits sequentially, ISRO said.
