MP: Orchha and Bhopal’s MICE centre to develop as per global standards under Centre’s SASKI scheme, CM Mohan Yadav gives details
Bhopal: MP Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav thanked PM Narendra Modi on behalf of the people of the state for the scheme to develop 40 special tourist spots of the country according to global standards. He said that PM Modi has approved the Special Assistance States Capital Investment (SASCI) scheme for 40 identified tourist places of the country for an amount of about Rs 3300 crore. Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh's religious and holy city Orchha and International Centre for MICE in Bhopal will be developed as world class iconic centres. They are among the 40 tourist places in 23 states of the country to be developed by the Central Government. Dr. Yadav said that with the development of tourist places, the tourism industry and the small and big industries and local markets are also benefited as more tourists will arrive.
