According to this law, Jammu and Kashmir will have a Legislative Assembly like Pondicherry and Ladakh will be a Union Territory without a legislature like Chandigarh, i.e. there will not be an Assembly.

Communist Party leader of India and former MP Gurudas Dasgupta has died today. He died at his residence in Kolkata in the morning. He was 83. He was suffering from lung cancer. The party has shared information about his death. CPI secretary Swapan Banerjee in West Bengal has given this information. According to the reports coming in at least 16 persons were killed and 13 injured in a passenger train fire in Liaquatpur, Pakistan on Thursday morning.  The condition of some of the injured is stated to be critical, who have been admitted to the nearest hospital. Three coaches of the train have been gutted by the fierce fire in the Karachi-Rawalpindi Tejgam Express. This train reached Liaquatpur near Rahim Yar Khan railway station on Thursday morning. One of the bogies of the trains was badly engulfed in flames.  The fire was so fierce that it soon reached other bogies. At the time of the fire, the passengers were asleep, so that they did not even get a chance to escape. So far, it is not clear what causes the fire.  After the fire, firefighters and local police reached there and the injured were immediately taken to the hospital.

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued Orange alert in Trivandrum, Kollam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Idukki and Malappuram districts of Kerala for today.  Yellow alert issued in Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode and Wayanad districts for today. Hooda is accused of selling the land to AJL for lowest prices ever.  According to the reports the Enforcement Directorate has seized this property. The company named AJL used to publish the National Herald newspaper. According to the investigating agency, AJL was benefited from this allocation in 2005. When the plot was reallocated, its market value was Rs 64.93 crore, while it was given to Hooda for Rs 69.39 lakh.

Terrorists have carried out a major crime in Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorists on Tuesday killed five non-Kashmiri workers in Kulgam after killing them with bullets.  Five laborers have died in the accident. While 1 is seriously injured. All the workers killed are residents of Murshidabad in West Bengal.  Earlier in the morning, militants also attacked security personnel stationed outside a school in Pulwama, South Kashmir. In this, school students and security personnel narrowly escaped.  Not only this, the separatist and mischievous elements pelted stones during the European delegation's visit by forcibly closing in Kashmir, in which four people were injured. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Saudi Arabia on a two day tour.  He was given a warm welcome at the airport here in Riyadh. Reports are coming in from Indore where two cars collided with each other  near Ralamandal of Tejaji Nagar police station area.   Four men, a woman and a 4-year-old child died on the spot in the accident.  The same seven people were injured, two women were admitted to the MY Hospital for treatment.  An army officer is also present among those who died in the accident.   According to the reports coming in both the vehicles collided with each other coming from different directions.

Boy trapped in Trichy bore well dies.  The two year old boy was trapped for the past five days.  The boy Sujith Wilson was trapped in the 90 feet bore well since October 25, 2019.   According to the latest reports coming in the officials confirmed that the child's body was found in highly decomposed state and the boy must have passed away on October 29. According to the reports Sujith fell in the bore well while the kid was playing near his house at about 5:30 pm in Trichy.   After getting the news that the boy has slipped into the borewell in Trichy government officials and rescue workers had been working continuously for the last 80 hours to retrieve the child.  But the digging process was stopped at a depth of 65 feet.  And the boy was struck at 90 feet.
