As many as 14 people have died due to extreme heat and heat wave in Bihar. Out of these, 10 were those who were on election duty. On Thursday afternoon, a bus carrying pilgrims fell into a 150 feet deep gorge in Akhnoor, Jammu. 22 people died in the accident. 69 people are injured. The death toll may increase. A stone quarry in Aizawl collapsed at on Tuesday morning following incessant rains due to the storm in Mizoram. 13 people died in this, while 16 are missing.
